
Stefano Dorigo
Stefano Dorigo is the founder of the law firm Dorigo e Associati, based in Florence. Previously a founding partner of Cordeiro Guerra & Associati, he is currently an Associate Professor of Tax Law at the Department of Legal Sciences at the University of Florence, where he teaches Tax Law and International Tax Law. He also teaches at the Department of Economics and Business Sciences at the University of Florence, where he is responsible for the International Taxation course. A former member of the expert group appointed by the Deputy Minister of Economy and Finance for the reform of the Italian tax system in the international field, he is a member of the Steering Committee of the Scuola Superiore della Magistratura, the Italian High School of Judiciary.
His main areas of professional practice include corporate tax law, with a focus on business crises and settlement agreements with the Italian Revenue Agency and social security institutions, as well as international and EU tax law, criminal tax law, environmental tax law, and tax litigation. His recent research interests include tax compliance, taxation of Industry 4.0 businesses, and taxation of foreign investments in Italy, both for corporations and individuals. He is an expert in domestic and international procedures for agreements between businesses and tax authorities, as well as in mutual agreement procedures and arbitration. He is a member of the editorial board of the Rivista di Diritto Tributario, Diritto e Pratica Tributaria Internazionale, Rivista Trimestrale di Diritto Tributario, and Rivista di Diritto Tributario Internazionale, as well as the online journal Tax News.
He has authored four monographs and more than 120 essays published in collective volumes and leading scientific journals in Italy and Europe. He is actively involved in academic and professional networks, including the *European Association of Tax Law Professors (EATLP)*, the Italian Association of Tax Law Professors and Scholars (AIPSDT), and the European Group of Public Law at EPLO.

Chiara Cinotti
Graduated summa cum laude from the University of Florence, School of Law, having defended a thesis in tax law. She also graduated from the Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna in Economics and Business, having defended a thesis on corporate tax law. She is admitted to the Florence Bar Association. She is currently a doctoral candidate (Ph.D. student) in tax law at the Sapienza University of Rome and serves as a honorary fellow in tax law at the University of Florence. She has completed postgraduate specialization courses in corporate tax law, international tax law and criminal tax law.

Cosimo Papi
Cosimo Papi, a trainee lawyer at Dorigo e Associati, graduated from the University of Florence with a thesis in International Tax Law, where he had the opportunity to explore current topics such as FATCA, international tax compliance regimes, and aggressive tax planning. Before joining the firm, he worked in the field of international taxation, focusing on Transfer Pricing and the reorganization of multinational groups. He currently deals primarily with domestic and international tax law.

Martina Pizzicoli
Martina Pizzicoli, trainee lawyer of Dorigo e Associati, graduated with honors at the University of Florence with a thesis in International tax law relating to the in-depth analysis of fiscal and customs implications in the field of VAT and Transfer Pricing. She then obtained an annual master’s degree in “Tax Law” at the IPSOA Training School. She currently deals with domestic and international tax law.

Chiara Celesti
Chiara Celesti, admitted to practice law since 2014, specializes in corporate tax law and real estate investment taxation, with a primary focus on foreign clients, both corporate and private. Graduated in 2011 with a dissertation on the tax treatment of inbound dividends, she has been honorary fellow in tax law at the University of Florence since 2013 and obtained a PhD from the University of Brescia/Bergamo with a thesis on aggressive tax planning and corporate social responsibility. During her PhD, she was a speaker at seminars and author of several publications, including two chapters on subjects and cases of money laundering in the Treaty of Tax Sanctioning Law edited by A. Giovannini and curated by A. Di Martino and E. Marzaduri.
